Taing Onion Marmalade
Sweet, caramelised onions, slow-cooked with balsamic vinegar and brown sugar, are the stars of the show in this sticky savoury jam. It makes a fabulous accompaniment to sausages, meats and cheeses, and a dollop adds a great depth of flavour to gravy or casseroles.

Ingredients: Onions (76%), cider vinegar, sugar, redcurrant jelly (sugar, water, concentrated redcurrant juice, citric acid, pectin, sodium citrate), olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, spices
